At Skin Gym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
